This family yoga class is the perfect introduction to yoga. Families will have fun while learning breathing techniques, get in some movement, gain flexibility and strength and a little rest at the end. Class is suitable for anyone new to yoga, no prior experience is necessary! 

NOTE: Please bring a yoga mat. Blocks and straps are optional.

This is an official City of Temecula receation class. Participants MUST register through the City of Temecula Community Recreation Department website PRIOR to the start of each session.
